The lecture is going to highlight regional specifics of access to education of people with disabilities in Eastern Europe. It is important to explore real challenges and opportunities in the local context. People have to explore the risks in order to overcome challenges. A Declaration of a right is insufficient to defend it. Personal responsibility has to be taken. Individual career strategies have to be developed and tailored to the local contexts.
